Tier 1 Telecom Operators approach to sell B2B solutions (Industrial IoT)

Problem: Telecommunications operators need to find a way to increase revenues and have different revenue streams.

Solution: Advice Tier 1 Telecom Operators  to strength and target B2B - Industrial IoT, based on a 3D framework that would enable a differential advantage and bring add on sales.

Outcome:  Customers improved their B2B portfolio offering, strenghten their market position and added new revenue streams

Startup ML – Predictive Maintenances in Factories

Problem: A startup founded in academia, developed an algorithm for Machine Learning to be deployed in Factories and assembly plants.

​

Solution: Worked with the team to define the value proposition about identifying the key element within a production line where impact of deploying the software would be measurable and fastest.

​

Outcome: Startup delivered the expected SLAs, and then it was bought by a multinational insurance company.

​

Telecom Solutions. Scale business.

Problem: An established mid size company in India wanted to scale their Cloud Native BSS, OSS business with Tier 1 Mobile Operators in Europe.

Solution: Worked in an account plan, pipeline creation, strategy to participate in RFx and become a preferred partner.

 

Outcome: Solutions sold and company continues participating engaging with customers in Europe.

AI/ML for IoT Platform

Problem: A system Integrator’s goal is to enhance their IoT Platform with AI/ML capabilities in order to offer this to manufacturing companies.

​

 

Solution: Defined specific goals through use cases, evaluated different cloud technologies.

​​

Outcome:  An IoT + AI/ML reference architecture that is cloud agnostic.

5G Private Network Solution Startup

Problem: A non European company’s goal was to break into EU market with their innovative 5G Stand Alone (SA) Solutions.

​

Solution: Worked with different potential customer identifying use cases where private networks could be optimal solutions.

 

Outcome:  The solution was sold and the startup remained as preferred provider. This sale helped as a reference for other mobile operators to deploy PoC based on this technology.
